WHAT IS A WAX MELT?
A wax melt is a scented piece of wax that you melt in a wax warmer/melter.
WHAT KIND OF WAX DO YOU USE?
My wax melts are made with 100% soy wax.
DO YOUR WAX MELTS HAVE A SHELF LIFE?
Soy wax has a shelf life of up to 2 years if stored properly.
DO YOU HAVE CARE INSTRUCTIONS?
YES!
DO NOT CONSUME. Remove all packaging before use. Do NOT add water. Do NOT melt on stove top or non-approved appliances. Use only in well ventilated areas and keep away from flammable objects. Only use in tea-light warmers or UL listed electric warmers approved for wax melts.
Read and follow all instructions provided with your wax warmer before use. Do NOT leave wax melter unattended while in use. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER. WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Current TAT can be found in your order confirmation email and at the top of the website. TAT does not include holidays and weekends and begins the day after your order is placed.
HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR WAX MELTS?
Wax melts are shipping via USPS Priority Mail on Tuesdays and Fridays only. Orders are NOT shipped with ice packs.
WHY IS SHIPPING SO EXPENSIVE?
Shipping is calculated by USPS based on the weight of your order and distance from fulfillment center.
WHEN DO YOU SHIP YOUR ORDERS?
All orders ship on Tuesdays and Fridays only.
